Because those countries are not diverse enough, plus chinese communist govt. Is currently genociding ' Uyghur muslims ' and replacing them with han chinese according to many western news media. And in many cases it has been found that mainland china is racist towards dark skinned and colored people and the support they are showing to blacklivesmatter isn't genuine but just to disrupt and infiltrate.
