Island Life: Goat Hill: Saint Croix VI

Out of all the places I can go on Saint Croix, one of my all time favorite spots is Goat Hill. It’s not the easiest hike on the island but it is definitely one of the most rewarding. Straight up hill for about 25-40 minutes depending on your pace. Once you arrive at the top, it’s a million dollar view 360 degrees around. There’s always a nice breeze and rarely even another soul to be found.

If you ever find yourself in Saint Croix this is a must see destination. The pictures still don’t even do justice to the actual views themselves. For me it’s both a perfect place to clear my mind and a great place to spend an afternoon or even an evening with friends.

If you aren’t into hiking there are some vehicles that can get you to the top as well.

Personally though I think half the experience comes from the natural endorphins being released by the time I reach the top. A nice sense of accomplishment. ☀️🏝💕
