DRUG ADDICTION IN SMALL TOWN CANADA

Many cities, towns and areas across the world suffer from drug abuse. But not many more so then my town, Glace Bay AKA
'COTTONLAND'. Glace Bay is called Cottonland because of it's notorious reputation for Opioid abuse, with people shooting oxycontin into their veins (yes even in their pecker) and leaving the needles in Elementary School Yards and public parks, sticking up from the seat for people to sit on.
This small (really short) video is of 2 people discussing the use of ones' pills on a regular basis and how he consistently uses them. It may seem funny, but I kid you not...this happens more so than you think.
