My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2020

A day off from work yesterday but it certainly didn’t mean my activity levels dropped and if anything I probably did more running around than I would have done at the office.

Chief contributor towards the step count was dropping off and picking up the kids all done on either foot or cycle. I also rode down to the supermarket and did a bit of shopping before coming home and doing a few odd jobs.

While I only cycled 5km yesterday a large part of it was going straight into a gale force head wind with a large 18 month old strapped in behind me - a decent workout!
