My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2019
Managed to get out for an hour and a half walk just before lunch. Was a wonderful Brisbane winter's day. Clear sunny skies and mid 20's Celcius around midday.
During my walk I ran into this stunning Egret. Such a elegant animal.
I found a dirt access road not far from home that ran alongside the creek. I'd never ventured down this track before so thought I would take a look and see where it lead to, hoping to find a different vantage point to photograph the local wildlife.
Unfortunately the track lead to a dead end and a part of the creek that was overgrown with weeds and bulrushes.
After backtracking to where I entered the track I went around to the other side of the creek and found a pelican hanging around.
Today was the biggest step and activity count I have had for some time, primarily due to the motivation to go a little bit further to earn a few extra Actifit tokens.
