[EN/FR]My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2018
Hey!
Today's plan included a first test to obtain a reference time (before any specific training) in the perspective of the Redbull400 during a 10km session. The goal is simple: to cover as quickly as possible the 800m of a path with an elevation gain of 165 m (an average slope of 22.5%, the Redbull400 are around 35%).
It took me 13 minutes to reach the top (I will need a lot of training to complete this race ^^), and after a few minutes of recovery, I went down the hiking trail to finish my run by the river.

Au programme d'aujourd'hui un premier test pour obtenir un chrono de référence (avant entraînement) en vue du Redbull400 pendant une séance de 10km. Objectif : parcourir le plus vite possible les 800m d'un chemin avec une élévation de 165 m (soit une pente moyenne de 22,5%, les Redbull400 sont aux alentours de 35%).
J'ai mis 13 minutes pour atteindre le sommet (il va en falloir de l'entraînement ^^), et après quelques minutes de récupération, je suis redescendu par le chemin de randonnée pour finir ma course le long de la rivière.
