My Actifit Report Card and ulog: March 16 2019
After almost a week with no exercises due to a first week at work and adjusting my routine, I finally managed to get in a 5k chilled run this morning in the park. That was followed by a 10 minute Ab workout once I came home. Then that was it. I was a couch potato watching the Six Nations rugby all afternoon. Tomorrow, I'll be more active with a jog in the morning and football practise/kick around around noon.

Yea, it's going to be tough to post every day as my walks to work etc. doesn't cover the minimum 5,000 steps and I'm too tired by the end of the day to go for a jog. I need to get into a good habit. Hope you are doing well 😊
