My Actifit Report Card and ulog: March 7 2019

Today's jog/run around the park was cut down to 4k due to windy and rainy weather, but I ensured that I would sprint back to the house too:

In total, I did 5k in just over 26 mins. The extra steps were obtained by walking to the supermarket and back.
