17 January 2023 : My Actifit-Samsung Health Report

I think I overdid it a bit with walking in all kinds of weather yesterday. In the evening I already felt a nagging pain in my left shin, and today I woke up with obvious pain in both shins.
I've had that in the past and didn't pay much attention to it. I then just continued walking, but ... after a few days the pain was unbearable and I suffered from it for at least 2 weeks.

That's why I didn't exaggerate today. I don't feel like being out that long again. Got 10,000 steps and that's it.
It's a pity because today was a dry, albeit cold but sunny day...
We'll see how it evolves further this week...🙄
