16 January 2023 : My Actifit-Samsung Health Report

An amazing result today. I left early afternoon for a walk but without great expectations. It had been raining all morning and when I left it had stopped, but still very overcast.
But while hiking it remained relatively dry and...I walked further than expected...as a result it was way back when it started raining again.
So I decided to continue the walk. Going back would have taken as long as finishing my walk...and I was armed with an umbrella this time.

Result: 15,000 steps and almost 12 km. Not bad considering the low expectations and the bad weather!
