Nice! Ive worked my way up to that, but when I take breaks I find my core becomes wimpy.

Yeah, if you take more than 2 days of break when you start again is like starting for the first time. It sucks!

Haha yeah gravity is so unforgiving. My arms shake and i gotta control my breathing when doing planks.
