My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018

Sometimes in life we have to take a jump and decide to go ahead and move to other country, and i did that and was lucky to find a job. Now i take another jump that is getting to the top of my shape and staying fit, so today i walked as much as i could and in the next days i hope to increase.
