My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2020
Barely hit the 5,000 steps. LOL. In the past 2 weeks, this is probably my 4th time to reach 5K, which only shows how inactive my lifestyle is.
Will try to hit 10K tomorrow. Haha. Wish me luck everyone. I'm monitoring my weight and I'm really gaining a lot right now. I was targeting 45kg, but now I just hit a record breaker - 50kg, my heaviest state so far.
I really need some lifestyle modification because if this goes on, then I'll be acquiring lifestyle related diseases in no time.
