Happy Sunday,😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's the first Sunday of March and as usual am about to share how my stepping went and also the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
As always thank you for reading and let's get going 💨.
I began my day with some stretching moves before heading out for a walk around the neighborhood and park. The temperatures have risen a little and it has been quite sunny 🌞 the entire day
After about 30 minutes, I was back indoors ready to deal with the usual house chores including laundry and cooking.
The afternoon saw me indoors checking out some YouTube videos and also trending news from around the world.
There were also some interesting matches in the FA Cup. I caught some exciting moments in the game of Newcastle vs Brighton😹.
My final walk was this evening around the neighbourhood and park before heading back indoors.
With that out of the way, let's have a look at what was trending around the world.
Starting off in Gaza, Netanyahu says he has stopped aid shipments into Gaza until further notice. adding that the decision was made in coordination with the US😿.
Trucks ready full with all sorts of goods/ food are waiting at the Rafa border.
Hamas says Israel's decision to stop aid is cheap blackmail and blatant coup against ceasefire deal.
Now the ceasefire deal hangs in the balance, 59 Israeli captives are still being held in Gaza. Hopefully Netanyahu is not planning to go back to airstrikes🙀.
In the occupied west bank, Israeli forces demolished houses in Nur shams refugee camp🙀.
That they said was to widen some roads as they continue raids to remove terrorists. Thousands of Palestinians displaced, some now homeless😿.
Trending in Europe, western leaders were in London meeting Zelenskyy and PM Keir Starmer as they chat a way forward for Ukraine after Trump threw him out of the white house😿.
Trump and Vance doing the most to humiliate him in front of cameras, his campaign for Kamala and not wanting to trust Putin was what did him in😿.
Nobody still knows what will happen without US support. Russia are continuing with airstrikes🙀.
Later Zelenskyy was airlifted from London to Sandringham by helicopter where he had an hour long meeting with the King.
He has told the BBC that he is ready to sign the minerals deal with the US.
Across the pond in the US crypto prices have rallied after Trump backed five coins for the crypto reserve😹.
The market prices of the five coins he named - Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana and Cardano - all swiftly jumped upwards after the announcement💯.
Finally, its a night of glitz and glamour as celebrities are walking the Oscars red carpet for Hollywood's biggest night of the year. It's the Oscars. Tomorrow morning I will find out who won what award.
