Hello everyone ๐ป,
Happy hump ๐ช day, and a very warm welcome to my report.
I have had a great day and am about to share it including some of the trending stories that caught my eye ๐.Definitely thank you for stopping by and let's get into it ๐จ.
So I started the day with the usual morning walk around the neighborhood. It was largely sunny ๐ but a little chilly.
I didn't last long outside and after about 25 to 30 minutes, I was back indoors for the usual house chores including cooking. I had earlier passed through the market at city center for some groceries.
In the trending stories, 71 Palestinians killed in the ongoing Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas๐ฟ. Israel has declared it will seize more land in Gaza๐.
In Europe, Poland trending as EU defence ministers met to chat the way forward when it comes to threats from Putin๐.
Across the pond, Trump trending as he declared today Liberation day announcing a raft of tariffs aimed at bringing manufacturing and jobs back to the US. He assures America will be wealthy again after being ripped off for more than 50 years๐.
He further announced 10% tariffs on UK and 20% on EU in watershed moment for global trade. We will have to wait and see the effects of tariffs, whether direct or reciprocal. Markets including crypto crashing in the face of uncertainty๐.

Democrat-backed liberal judge Susan Crawford won a seat on Wisconsinโs Supreme Court on Tuesday, after a closely watched race that became a proxy battle between President Donald Trumpโs administration and the opposition.
The contest also became a litmus test of the political influence of Trump and Elon Musk, his ally and the worldโs richest man, who poured millions of dollars into supporting Crawfordโs opponent, Republican-backed conservative Brad Schimel๐. What a backlash on Elon๐น
