Actifit: Indoor Cycling (10/04/18)
Great weather today!
I just did some cycling today, indoors hehe, I didn't get to do much though. If I do cycle outdoors I might collapse due to exhaustion or heatstroke, I've heard news. I see a lot of cyclists all throughout the day, some came here specifically to train? There are a lot of of slopes here, and steep. When I go to the market, I occasionally see people with their loaded utility dolly or sidecars (bike) take breaks after overcoming a steep slope. It's not easy to go downhill either, I've experienced that with a very long, steep downhill slope. It was so hard on the knees, my ankles ached, I also felt my calf muscles growing there and then, and you have to continously fight gravity so you won't end up rolling down like a ball XD and it were only a mobile phone and an empty water bottle weighing me down (・・;)
