My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2019

前几天影哥出去学习考察回来给我们分享了，他这次出去的感受，说到问好意识，他说去了好几家店他们的问好意识都很强，这个作为服务行业来说也就是“基础”，所以班前会的时候给大家也分享过，不光是设备，环境，这些“硬件问题”，我们的服务质量也是相当重要的，如果客人来消费，车场没有人管理，可能停车就会横七竖八堵到某些车辆；到一楼选择消费方式没人介绍只有酒水套餐立牌，这样就让客人没有自我判断，几个人应该选什么房间多少酒水，非常模糊消费过程等等，大家听完之后也很认同，所以从基本问好做起，让客人对我们有“好感”这样以后的一系列事情就更好解决了。
