Rest & Running | Actifit: May 24 2019

Tomorrow I have a plan to go for a 14km race in morning, so today for lunch I skipped the gym and just went for a 30 minute walk outside.

I needed the rest today since yesterday I hit it hard.

What else is new? I've been busy with work and Steem all week, so I am in need of a weekend rest. Actually on that note tomorrow I'm going to a bud's house for a guys night out. Should be awesome.

      It was just me going for a run. Training for my half.marathon in June. It went well and it was tiring.
