My Actifit Report Card: febrero 4 2019

Hola amigos de steemit... terminé un día de fatigoso trabajo , y con la energía necesaria por cumplir la promesa de lograr cambios cuantitativos y cualitativos en mi vida en el 2019, me dispuse a caminar del trabajo a casa..en una avenida que une municipio Marianao con municipio Playa, La Habana.. Sé que los primeros días son de adaptación pero iré aumentando el ritmo. Me gusta caminar y disfrutar el entorno y les iré mostrando de mi Cuba lugares por donde caminaré, porque no es solo caminar, es lograr la interacción cuerpo y mente, relajarnos y disfrutar cada paso, cada aliento que espiramos.
