السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته احبتي في الله ، اليوم خرجت بدراجة هواءية تعبت قليلا لاني عندي مدة لم اقودها ، خاصة على مستوى الرجلين استغليت الفرصة وحققت 10 الاف خطوة ، اكثر من 15 يوم على التوالي وانا احقق هذا الرقم وانشر يوميا ، اتمنى ان تدعموني وتتفاعلوا مع منشورات ، شكرا للجميع والى منشور الغد بحول الله .
