My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019
Here is my today's actifit report. Due to rainy season, in full swing, I am not being able to keep up to my activity report in actifit. But whenever I see the weather is good enough, I go for a walk. In most parts, it's flood situation.
Keeping upto the regular health schedule is important and fitness is a continuous process.
