My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020

Another snow photo from snowy days, although the weather seems to be warming up now. It's only -1°C at the moment of writing.

Yesterday was a walking day, not much happened. I had to go shopping and decided to go on foot for enjoy fresh air and boost my stepcount.

The knee pain seems to be gone for now but this is a game where the pain comes and goes depending on what I'm doing.

Yesterday evening it was too late to do cycling and I was too tired, so that is left for today if possible.
