My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2020

Back to normal again, after two bad days.

Yesterday was raining all day and made my job harder as walking was out of the question.

I did my cycling, the usual 20km although it was super boring this time. I was watching a movie but could hardly wait to get the 20km done.

Only 30km done this month and I don't know if I can reach 450 or to be honest I'm pretty sure I won't.

This is my monthly report made by my built-in app and as you can see, January was a very good one, considerably better than the other three months last year. Cycling helps me stay active. I hope the weather is going to warm up soon and I'll be out walking more.
