Wow! You win! That is a lot of calories burned in such a short time. I have never done a sumo squat with wi=eights, but, I can tell you that I have many people cannot squat like that but, then add that weight?

Did you injure your femur or just trying to make it better?
Trying to make it better :) I injured my rib a while ago and that affects directly to my press leg but not femur :)
