Rode into Poolesville MD to pick up supplies and along the way came across the Congressional Polo Club.
Their slogan is “Are you on the list?”. Well I wasn’t so kept riding. On the way back there was a team practicing. Looked like a lot of fun. Not something I would probably watch but I’d give it a go if someone tossed me on a horse.
My white cycling shorts more grey from the dusty trails didn’t make it likely, I’d receive such an offer. So I pedaled on.
