My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2019
It was another hot sunny day in the south east of England today. In the later morning I walked from home through the city to the training centre to continue revising for my licence card test. After that I walked back home. For the rest of the day I relaxed in the garden unfortunately still feeling this weird back ache Which isn’t severe but whenever bending over I just get light ache here and there and to be honest it annoys me SO MUCH

Hey 15k that’s not bad going, not 20k but getting there at least. My backs wrecked, years of
Lugging espresso machines around. I had to go to a chiropractor a few years back to get my discs realigned.

Hey C0ff33a hehe I have you know I got 20k a few days ago 😂 and idk why but my back kills aswell yes I’ve been lugging bed mattresses and furniture around but I’m still young but my back aches all the time thankfully it’s not extremely painful but I just worry a lot. I’ve googled it and I don’t notice any symptoms for any breaks, fractures or problems. It could be because it not as active as I was. Yes I walk a lot but I used to play a lot of football and go gym almost every day but last year it all stopped and I’m unsure if this back pain is to do with stiffness and stuff but I’m unsure.
Ooo a chiropractor isn’t that one of those people that push on your back and tug at your limbs and stuff and crack muscles in your back. I remember watching YouTube videos of it. Sounds good I wish I could have it done. Does it actually work tho is it risky ? @c0ff33a Lol was meant to reply yesterday but steem decided to not function
