My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2018-a visit to the TRIM PARK

Hej dear Steemians,

Today was a great day I am still off anddont have to wprk today so i slept and rested a bit ponger today after a longer night out. As soon as i had a light breakfast i went to check out the new park i discovered nearby.

The park has a few fitness equipment standing outside of a huge ootball field. Since its winter only dog walkers use it right now.

I went to the metal bar where you can do pull-ups and saw 3 guys working out with some loudspeakers listening to music. I aproached them and asked if i could do some sets with them and they said its fine. After a while they said spmething to eachoter and i noticed they are from the same country as me; funny you meet people in the strangest places. They are into street workout and calistenics. Moved to Ireland a while ago and accepted me quite easy.

They worout at a local gym and attend an muai thai course. I was lioking into it and was happy they were there, so they gave me all the details.

I'll probabbly join that gym in January.

I did some pull ups with them although they are in faaaaaar better shape than me and i ram a few laps around the field.
