Full Belly And My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2019
Belly filled successfully! After doing all daily chores in my house and walked a bit I went to the chinese restaurant and bought chinese pork ribs with wait for it... Mofongo! Ha! You see, here in Puerto Rico chinese restaurant mixed their food with ours. Its like a chinese-rican cuisine! 😀 Nothing like good food to keep growing the belly moving forward!
Great stepping 💪 and that looks absolutely delicious 😋. Am sure you savoured every bit of it. We make our own version of mofongo here, we mix the plantains with beef sauce👊

hey blacklux what in the world is Mofongo?
Fried green plantain smashed and mixed with fried pork skin, garlic and olive oil.
oh...well that sounds great except for the pork skin. Never heard of such a concoction but I'd try it.
