My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019

I woked up at early morning and then i went for a cycling, i covered more than 2.5 km and i think that cycling twice in a week will be a better way to make our body perform well in every field.
In evening i went market for some household works and after coming back to home i went ground for jogging and then studied for my course which is necessary for every single student.
