This is my first actifit post. Today I danced quite a bit. Dancing to good music is my favorite exercise ever.
I find important to dance with full consciousness, to scan the body and notice if i'm effortlessly moving and enjoying with all my body. In today session I noticed again that some natural movements I make cause discomfort in my knees. But i also noticed that if I loosen the hips the whole body seems to regain balance and natural fluidity. Now it's time to integrate this info in my day to day life. To move the hips I must! Step by step, closer to the edit :)
