My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2019

Hola Steemit,

Another day of fairly average physical activity. I smashed out some cycling early in the day while I worked today in the office and I tried my best to do as much housework as I possibly could.

I then got out for a brisk walk around my suburb before returning home out of the cold.

My diet lately has been as protein rich and as sugar-free as possible. The purely sugar-free diet of May this year hasn't really worked for me so I am going to transition away from that and try a Keto diet.

I have heard and witnessed good results from people using the Keto diet and I will see how it goes for me. I do enjoy protein and fat rich foods so here is hoping this works and is sustainable.
