I got bored with this actifit app. Most times, when I am engaged with activities like walking especially, I do not remember to carry my phone along. Sometimes, slight movements #counts in the app and that's a #bit favourable...lol.

    I know in using my pedometer I would forget to take phone so would not record all activities...like you it may happen with this app as well.
