Ways in Making the Most of Our Days
“Success in life is founded upon attention to the small things rather than to the large things.” – Booker T. Washington. In my opinion, the small things that we mostly overlook and pay less attention to are things that actually matters to achieving our daily goals. Seconds upon seconds, minutes upon minutes, hours upon hours, days upon days, weeks upon weeks, months upon months and years upon years, the lives we chose to live is determined by how we choose to spend each of these moments.
However, it is quite unfortunate that most of us embrace little intentionality, we survive each moments but do not makes the most of it. Instead we spend our time paying attention to irrelevancies that contribute nothing towards achieving successful livelihood.

- Wake up early every morning as this period is quiet, peaceful, productive and energizing.
- Eat the right combination of balanced diet as that would keep the brain sharper and active all day.
- Engaging in daily exercise helps to keep the body healthy, calmer and better equipped to handle our day to day challenges.
- Give yourself values and reasons to live a fulfilling life.
- Determine to achieve one big task on your to-do list and then move on to another.
- Engage yourself with at least one thing you love to do.
- Give yourself an effective rest as that would help a lot to keep the body refreshed and calm.
- Interact with others (families, colleagues etc) by engaging in conversations with them.
- Be a cheerful giver as it helps to achieve inner joy and fulfillments.
- Nurture your soul by embracing gratitude, laughter, hope and faith.
- Reset and refresh your mind for the next day as tomorrow is another day with great potentials and opportunities.
