RE: Gone

It's a great review.

Instead of achievement 1, we will wait for an introduction in which we can guide the newcomer.

I think it is very important to change the generalized approach to more personalized attention, in which the interests and perspectives of the newcomer can be thoroughly understood and, based on this, guide them more effectively.

You are right to mention that most of the achievements are just templates that are repeated, and although it may be necessary to be aware of them, achievement 2, 3, 4, they can learn it as they interact on the platform.

As for the tools, it is true that most of them are obsolete, so we can focus on finding out if the newcomers are capable of handling the most basic ones that allow them to function, for example what you have mentioned. Regarding achievement 3: They could highlight feedback about their experience on the platform as newcomers.

As for the general structure of achievements, I think that if we have a general outline, we can have something to start from. 🙂

Like newcomers, the greeter team can also be on trial for a month to absorb the changes. At least as long as this transition lasts...

Great! I'm pleased that you like the idea so far.

I did wonder if we trial it with a few Newcomers or just go in with the new greeting straight away?

Like you say, it's a more personal approach that we adjust for each new user - I think the person will notice the difference and not feel like they're being interrogated (and for us not to feel so suspicious all of the time).

Hopefully the others will feedback soon.

Yes, personalized attention is invaluable, and it is also in line with what we are looking for: real interactions.

And you are very right, nowadays instead of a welcome it seems like a police interrogation :D, I don't think anyone likes that.

And by the way, freedom is what makes authentic people find a place to expand their creativity and scammers will also be derailed, which will make it easier to detect them.

The main thing, what I like most about this idea is that the Newcomer community acquires personality, and a color, and not like it is now, something ambiguous, without color...

Without detracting from the work done so far, because what we can do is thanks to the base that exists, the changes are necessary to keep the existing structures alive...🙂

Let's implement the new greeting (this will be for the "intro")...

And on the other hand, we have to develop the new structure so that the steps to be taken in the community are understood.😊
