Achievement 1 - Introductory Post Publication

Hello,
I'm Alex, 36 years old, mom of 3 wonderful boys, our pride and joy. My username here is @AX17. We are an expat family currently living in Czech Republic, my nationality is Romanian. I speak and understand the Czech language intermediate - not fluently. Sons speak it at native level as they where all born here. I speak French, and Spanish and understand some Italian. I am a trained English teacher and hold a master's degree in Translation Studies. I worked as a kindergarten teacher for a while before moving to Czech Republic.

I decided to start working on IT and did just that for almost 10 years. My work was in customer support, data analyst, product specialist and then project management. I try to learn everyday something new related to IT and also keep my French at an upper intermediate level. I have written about blockchain technology since 2017 and will contnue to do so. I knew about Steemit but never actually took the time to post here. Now, I hope that will change and as a beginner here I start training to be a useful part of the community. I hope to find my usefulness here and meet people all over the world.
My most favourite time is time spent with family.

I do a daily forest walk of 4-5km, except for when the weather is unsuitable or I am sick.
I am also a day trader so that explains why a need for at least 1 hour / day at the forest.

Doing weekly sports with the boys keeps my boat floating - we train football, and tennis and I do aerobics and core/strength training (at home). I enjoy also painting (alone and with kids), cycling, cooking and watching Netflix. Apparently when you have kids it takes 2 weeks to finish a movie. But that is fine, I appreciate it more.
My favourite movie so far is Severance (on Apple TV).

I found about Steemit a long while ago but for some reason, I did not invest time here, I was not aware of the great community existing here. Last week while engaging with my readers on Publish0x I remembered about Steemit when someone mentioned it so I made this account today. These days I spend time reading the rules and hope to find my way here.

My hopes are to be able to find what and how I can contribute here, and as this seems to be a diverse platform for sure will find my way. Is important to follow the rules and I will do my best to understand and apply everything, keeping things polite, moral and ethical - like in all offline/online interactions.
