Tradition of meugang in Aceh Region

The meugang tradition of welcoming the holy month of Ramadan is unique in Indonesia especially in Aceh Region .. Aceh people who are all Islamic every year when entering Ramadan is always started with meugang tradition, meugang only exist when welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, welcoming the Eid al-Fitri and Eid Al-Fitri Mubarak.

Meugang tradition in Aceh is already a must for the people of Aceh, when meugang buy beef or buffalo to eat before the fast arrives is a very happy.
