PROPHET SUNNAH IS SUPER
1⃣ B.A.B seated, at high risk of hemorrhoids. CHAPTER squat is cleaner and healthier, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
2⃣ Urination stands at risk for prostate and kidney stones. Piss squatting is cleaner and healthier, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
3⃣ Enzymes in the hand help food more easily digest. Compared to iron, wood, or plastic, eating by hand is cleaner, natural and healthy, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
4⃣ Eating and drinking stand can interfere with digestion. By sitting more polite and healthy, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
5⃣ Eating in a chair, it's still not healthy. By sitting on the floor, the body will divide the stomach into 3 spaces: air, food and water, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
6⃣ Eating fruit after eating (washing the mouth) is not good for the stomach, because there is an acid reaction. The healthy thing is to eat fruit before eating, help smooth the digestive tract and make it more ready, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
7⃣ Sleeping on your stomach is not good for health, even it's sleep. Sleeping to the right is healthier, and the most important thing is SUNNAH.
8⃣ Many Secrets of the Sunnah that experts have examined, in terms of wisdom, benefits, and health. It is true what is said: behind the sunnah there is glory. For us, if for example do not know the benefits, just keep on following the adab spirit and guidance of the Apostle. The benefits are side effects, the main motivation is to follow the adab and the guidance of the Apostle.
9⃣ A European doctor said: if all humans practice 3 sunnah only (sunnah eat, sunnah in the bathroom, and sunnah sleep), then I should stop being a doctor because there are no patients ..
