Fullness sometimes makes us forget the importance and loss of a type of food that we often consume. So no wonder, if we need to selectively choose food ingredients that will be processed in the kitchen. In addition, there are also some foods that have toxins and can be harmful to health. Although, these food ingredients will not give a short reaction, but in a long period of time your health will be disrupted.
The leaves are not easy to find in Indonesia. But it is very popular in Europe and America. Rhubarb leaves are taro or taro leaves, and contain oxalic acid, which can cause kidney stones.
