timphan is a food that much in love and dingemari by many people especially in aceh .. in aceh already all aceh ranging from aceh big to aceh tamiang fond of timphan cake ..
This timphan is made very nice in balutin with young banana leaves or often called with young shoots ... if you want to make this timphan cake .. this is the ingredients and tools:
1 flour
2 coconuts already in gonseng and
3 sugar sand
4 water
5 cooking oil
6 banana leaves
as for the tools in use are:
1 large talam
2 saucer pans
3 stoves
then after all the ingredients and tools are ready then mix all the ingredients of the cake and in the squeeze to mature or even until megembang .. after that in the drops on banana leaves as thin as possible and in coconut tarok above the flour and in the dressing in a sphere pipe ...
