      Sorry to ask , which country is this ? This is just so minor compare to gigantic pot-holes that characterizes our road here in Nigeria. So to answer your question, YES. This happen to me every motherfucking 10 minutes. I'm a happy about it, the answer is CAPITAL NO. Sorry pal, at least you've fixed it.
