So are you trying to stop people from self flagging?
If it's not allowed why does steemit have the option to upvote yourself.
I know that it's not something that most people like because it means that they are not "sharing" their rewards, well at least not at 100% but wouldn't the creators of steemit have banned it themselves if they thought it was something that should not be done?
I'm new to steemit so if I'm completely wrong about this can you direct me to a post where this is explained better.
A good idea I support the effort that you are pushing for common progress.
