Child Sexual Abuse

Child abuse is a serious societal issue and one that we all need to address. I believe that it is the responsibility of all levels of government to participate in the prevention of sexual abuse of minors. There are things you can do to help children who are in dange. The perfect punishment for paedophhiles should be castration or death sentence. Was all need to note that rape is equal to murder. I see no reason why a rapist should be roaming freely or granted bail. There should be stringent laws stipulating capital punishment for rape offenders. The onus of proof should be on rapist rather than put the burden on a minor who knew next to nothing except how she was raped. Any adult caught in rape should be confined to a psychiatric hospital, because there is hardly anything to entice an adult in a minor that would bring about rape. Such rapists should be subjected to psychiatric test. Also, rapists must be ex-communicated by the society as it is a crime not only against the minor byt also tge society at large. As such, rapists shouod not be allowed to live among decent people.
Rehabilitation centres for rape victims should be established in various states with a view to assisting victims get back to life, while more social workers and caregivers should be employed to assist the victims, and NGOs too should be empowered to collaborate with government agencies to give succour to victims
