Great attitude about self-voting, keep it up! I understand your frustration. However, consider your means and options. Exposure and flags are often seen as an attack - how many of them will change their behavior based on that, esp. if you have less SP? You could say, at least they're not voting on themselves if they're flagging you, but is this worth it? Making others see the bigger picture from showing/educating may be more difficult but probably more successful. And you'll certainly make more friends than with flags :)
