WOW!!! I LOVE this process that you used and shared here with us, @zuckerzombie!

Amazing how you used your emotions, fully expressed them using your chosen medium, then harmonized, synthesized and integrated. It felt like art meditation. LOVE it! I, like Paul, will have to do some of this.
