CAT! – Ink, Tea & Watercolor on Paper

A decade ago, I sat with a brush, a cup of strong tea, and a chaotic urge to draw something alive.
The result? This bold, abstract feline, tangled in curves, soaking in caffeine, and unapologetically staring back at you.

Yes, it’s a cat.
Not the purring-on-your-lap kind, but the spirit-of-the-alley, watchful-wanderer, ancient-energy kind.
Made with black ink and brewed tea on watercolor paper, this piece was part intuition, part meditation, and all me.

I was deep in a love affair with lines and rhythm back then (still am).
The tea stains were never random, they carried emotion, accidents, stains of time.
The blue came later, like breath added to the bones.

It’s funny how pieces like this, made without much planning, end up becoming anchors in your journey.

10 years later, CAT! still watches. Still teaches. Still lives.
And Yes, i am most defiantly LOVE Cats!
