Setting goals for our life is as important as our existence, our daily habits are formed and automates major aspects of our life.
A habit can be a form of a regular routine, practice or an automated action which doesn’t require your thoughts any more. Things that you normally do.

Research has proven that it takes about 21 days to form our habit.
To create positive habits daily try to;
Visualize Your Action

It involves you having forethought of things to come, that is, a way of forming or creating a mental image about things to do.
For some people that encounter difficulties in getting quick sleep at night you can try visualizing how you want the next day to be. As much as you can ensure that your heart doesn’t wonder about series or different thoughts rather focus on a specific action and how you will do such right.
In the process you would have put your time to good use, planned for the next day thereby preventing a lot of uncertainties and before you even know it you will have a relaxed mind coupled with the best sleep.
On this I want to encourage everyone reading this post to always strive towards visualizing good habits.
