RICARDO fondly recalls one of his best projects , it was even one of his best, and if his boss had agreed to it, it would have been a success for both him and those involved. RICARDO could have obviously received a substantial bonus .

RICARDO remember seeing families enjoying different meals with their children. Ricardo's project could have been a success because he considered every detail of the person and, especially, the children, which was precisely the focus of the project....something the children would enjoy with their families and that would provide them with nutrition and health.

But unfortunately this project was archived by his boss, the reason, himself, nothing else mattered, if a project like this came to market it was likely that his clients would NOT send more and more, children can eat whatever they want, they are children, an absurd idea that RICARDO did not share but had to keep quiet since he needed the job.

After many years of work, he approached his boss and handed in his resignation letter....The boss looked at him and tried to convince him to stay, but he was determined.

RICARDO currently has his own company, he takes on some of the projects that his boss rejected, he is direct competition from this man who only thought about himself, his family and children project is already a SUCCESS, his former boss insists that he return, but his answer is always NO, if this man had better feelings they could even merge their companies, but RICARDO knows perfectly well the type of person his former boss is, so he decides to continue alone and possibly find along the way a person with similar feelings to expand his business.
