Also, upvoting services uses steemauto and sometimes upvoting service stopped working but these chat bots continue to function. Regarding commenting - if you make significant and meaningful comments, it might attract benevolent upvoting bots such as @gentlebot, so, put some thoughts and comment only when you are contributing in a positive and substantive ways. The order of the tags should not be an issue. I have been putting it in the end and my posts were coming out just fine. Anyway, it's a good thing that your posts are now coming out under the #ccc tag.
