Día 1: Buenas noticias después de todo #7daypositivitychallenge

Todos los viernes tengo una rutina: me paro a eso de las 5:30 am, preparo el desayuno, le sirvo comida a los gatitos y a Tobby y mientras ellos comen me arreglo para salir. Casi siempre salgo a eso de las 6:30 am, aún no entiendo porque tardo tanto pero es así siempre. Camino como 15 min a la parada más cercana y espero a que el autobús pase, para luego agarrar metro y poder llegar a tiempo a mi curso de veterinaria a las 8:00 am. Todo el recorrido dura una hora y media aproximadamente. Bueno, eso es lo que debió suceder hoy, pero me quedé dormida. Me levanté a las 7:00 am y mi curso es hasta las 10:00 am, si sacan lo cálculos sabrán que no valía la pena ni salir de mi casa. Así que preparé el desayuno, me arregle igualmente y subí a la universidad más temprano de lo normal. Aunque hoy no tenía clases regulares, hoy tenía mi 2da clase de doblaje.

Every Friday I have a routine: I wake up at 5:30 am, I set up a breakfast, I feed the kittens and Tobby and while they eat I get ready to leave. I try to leave at about 6:30 am, I still do not understand why it takes so long but it's always like that. I walk for 15 minutes to the nearest stopbus and wait for it to pass, to then take the subway and be able to arrive on time to my veterinary course at 8:00 am. The entire tour lasts about an hour and a half. Well, that's what should have happened today, but I fell asleep. I got up at 7:00 am and my course is until 10:00 am, if you do the math you'll know that it was not worth it to leave my house. So I set up the breakfast, I fixed myself anyway and went to the university earlier than usual. Although today I didn't have regular classes, today I had my 2nd dubbing class.

Hoy tuvimos que hacer una pequeña dramatización grupal, donde el resto de la clase tenían que adivinar las matices que queríamos transmitir, siempre utilizando el acento neutro. Aunque mi grupo estaba nervioso, para nuestra sorpresa ¡fuimos uno de los mejores!

Curso de doblaje y acento neutro

El acento neutro y la dicción de todos fue buena, además que el resto de los chicos lograron adivinar la intención de cada uno de nosotros, nuestra pequeña dramatización de un hijo drogadicto descubierto por su familia fue un éxito. Y mis preocupaciones sobre que se me saliera el acento caraqueño, se desaparecieron.

Today we had to do a small group dramatization, where the rest of the class had to guess the nuances we wanted to convey, always using the neutral accent. Although my group was nervous, to our surprise we were one of the best!
The neutral accent and the diction of all was good, besides that the rest of the classmates managed to guess the intention of each of us, our little dramatization of a drug-addicted son discovered by his family was a success. And my worries about the Caraqueño accent, disappeared.

En el camino a mi casa, hablé con mi veterinario de confianza para ver si podía realizar mis pasantías con él y afortunadamente me dijo que ¡sí! Así podré cumplir con las horas requeridas que me piden en el curso y en un sitio que conozco. La siguiente semana empiezo ¡deséenme suerte!

On the way to my house, I spoke with my trusted veterinarian to see if I could do my internships with him and fortunately he said yes! This way I will be able to fulfill the required hours that they ask for in the course and in a place that I know. The next week I start, wish me luck!
