A delicious recipe of Arabic origins
The stuffed stew is considered one of the most famous dishes in the Arab world, because it is characterized by its wonderful taste, and it is one of the favorite dishes of a large number of people, old and young, and is served in spells and family gatherings, and during the days of the blessed month of Ramadan, and it is worth noting that there are many types of stuffing. It differs according to the stuffed vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, turkey pepper, potatoes, and tomatoes. It can also be prepared stuffed individually, or more than one type together. It can also be prepared with tomato sauce, or cooked milk
the ingredients
1 - Twenty fine white and black eggplants
2 - ten zucchini
3 - ten green peppers
4 - a tomato, hollowed out from the pulp
5 - a horn of hollowed out chili
6 - a head of finely chopped onions
7 - a cup of ready-made tomato sauce
8 - Three tablespoons of vegetable oil
9 - 1 cup of rice, rinsed and drained
10 - a cup each of dill and coriander, finely chopped
11 - Salt, spice and pepper - to taste
How to prepare :
1 - Wash the vegetables well and scoop out the pulp a little
And leave the pulp aside. To prepare the filling
2 - Put the tomato sauce in a bowl, add rice, oil, pepper, salt, and spices, and stir the ingredients well. 3- Fill the zucchini, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, and hot peppers with the rice filling to half, then half in the pot. Add the broth to half the pot, and leave it on a medium heat for a quarter of an hour until the stuffing starts to ripen. We reduce the heat and leave it for an additional quarter of an hour, then we serve the mixed stuffing
